Simple, contact Rodger!!

You will get

-  A straight and honest approach.

-  Total commitment to getting the desired result.

-  An experienced specialist business broker.

Originally from Gisborne Rodger spent most of his career in Auckland working in senior sales and marketing roles. In 1999 Rodger started a waste collection company in central Auckland. Over the next 16 years he grew the business into a multi-million dollar company with 22 trucks and 60 staff. In 2015 Rodger sold the company and moved his young family to Hawke’s Bay.

Starting a business from scratch, growing and finally selling it gave Rodger practical experience regarding the process, complexities and emotions involved in successfully exiting a business. Since joining Bayleys Hawke’s Bay in 2016, Rodger has helped many business owners achieve the same result.

As quoted by Denise and Rick who recently sold First Autoworks and RV in Napier; “From our first meeting with Rodger to discuss the sale of our business through to the due diligence period and sale; has been a trustworthy and nurturing experience. His communication, professionalism and high EQ gave us confidence the business would sell. His ability to navigate us through highs and lows from beginning to end gave us the result we had hoped for, retirement and handing the keys to new owners that will continue to take the business forward.”

Rodger has an easy-going style with solid business acumen. He was a board member of the New Zealand chapter of the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization for two years. Rodger was attracted by the strength and integrity of the Bayleys brand. “Bayleys is a marketing machine which provides my clients with a significant punch to their sales campaign.”

Selling businesses takes time but over the last 12 months Rodger has sold five businesses, one of which sold for well over $3m.
