Can he fix it? Yes he can! For sure, Roger Franks having worked in various roles within the building industry for many years knows the inside story on houses. But since he switched careers to become a real estate professional the fixing has more to do with helping overcome the obstacles that get in the way of people achieving their dreams.

Roger is the third generation of his family to have lived in his home in Papatoetoe and he has seen considerable change in the area in recent years. The broadening ethnic diversity is "like a league of nations," says Roger. "There must be around 170 different cultures that live around this area," he proclaims. "Many simply don't know how the process of buying and selling works in this country. Often you're dealing with a mix of cultures who don't understand one another."

Thats a challenge Roger particularly enjoys. Extensive travel and his broad experience has taught him empathy so that he's able to approach a debate with both points of view. He regards negotiating as one of his biggest strengths. "Thats the essence of real estate; The engine room."
