We still are involved in these transactions and we tend to transact mostly off market. These inner City or Central Auckland City Investments properties are mainly rental investments - mainly purchased for their locations - here not the building but the land is of most value Since Auckland is under an expansion boom – we have been involved in selling raw development land, either commercial or residential in nature – the clients are large development companies or land holding companies. We are also involved, New Zealand wide, in brokering farm stations, bottling plants and agricultural land including viticulture – resources which are highly sought after in the world and among locals.
