After a career in Information Technology, Ross began with Harcourts in 1999, winning National Rookie of the Year, top 20 regional status and #1 for his office. Ross soon accepted the branch management role, that progressed in turn to franchise ownership. Under Ross' direct guidance, his office was #1 (all brands) month in month out and that is where it remained for seven years straight without exception, and overseeing literally thousands of sales. In 2010 Ross moved to Auckland to take up the role as Harcourts Northern Regional Manager, then took up the role as General Manager of West Auckland. A 250% increase in turnover in three years ensued. However Ross’ real passion is simply listing and selling houses.. and helping all the wonderful people he meets in this role.. It always has been. He is well known for his savvy street style, lateral thinking, problem solving and world class negotiations. He has sold virtually every property he has ever listed, and this is now in the hundreds of properties personally. Ross does not have a preference or property or area; his preference is always his people. This translates from studio apartments to multi-million dollar mansions; from vineyards to first home buyers.
