Russ first fell in love with Whaingaroa Raglan during his initial visit from the UK and was thrilled to finally make the move with his wife in 2009. Since then, they have built a fulfilling life in the community, raising their two sons in the place they now call home.

With a wealth of experience in property management, Russ has been a key member of the team since 2010. In 2024, he and his wife, Liza, took over ownership of the rentals department, bringing with them a commitment to the highest standards of property care. Russ's background and experience ensure that every property is expertly maintained, and he is renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and unwavering reliability. His dedication to providing outstanding customer service is at the core of his work.

Russ’s practical approach is further enhanced by his diverse experience in surveying, concreting, construction, event management, and airport operations. He is highly respected within the Whaingaroa Raglan community, having built strong relationships with local tradespeople and maintenance teams. This extensive network allows him to ensure that every property under his care is well-kept and properly maintained.

Outside of work, Russ fully embraces the lifestyle that Whaingaroa Raglan offers. A keen surfer, he can often be found checking the waves at dawn. He enjoys photography, biking, yoga, and football, and as a proud father, he travels around with his sons in search of New Zealand’s skateparks.
