About Sally Mutton
Sally joined the team at Harcourts in 2005. She had a background in sales in both New Zealand and overseas. Sally had many opportunities to use her communication, negotiating and selling skills whilst enjoying a number of selling roles. In 1992 Sally started a new role as a mum. Her son Jay was born followed by Alex. With two young children to look after Sally returned to work part time. Over the next few years Sally and her husband Ross ventured into numerous business ventures together.
In 2000 great joy and celebration when Eden was born. Sally remained at home for the next couple of years taking on the busy role of a busy mum. When Eden turned five Sally was ready to head back into the work force. After much consideration Sally sat her Real Estate papers and was qualified to sell Real Estate. Starting in the Chartwell Office she felt as though she was coming home. Having been a past Fairfield College Student many connection have been rekindled.
In 2014 Sally suffered a life-threatening cardiac arrest. With such a traumatic event Sally had to take time out of a career that she loved. With the passion to work in the community Sally approached Dress for Success Hamilton to volunteer. Leading on from that Sally became the Manager for Dress for Success for 3 years. A great amount of time then was spent learning about how some people in our community live and learn to survive in such poor situations in our own community. This made Sally very empathetic towards life and how precious life is and can be.
Sally re-joined Chartwell Harcourts Real Estate in August 2018. Put her health first over the past few years Sally learnt that health is top priority because if you do not have your health you have nothing. Sally has found many past clients are pleased that she is back in the industry that she loves. Working along side, a great brand Harcourts has very similar values that Sally lives by
People First, Doing the Right Thing, Being Courageous, Fun and Laughter. All Harcourts agents contribute funds to the Harcourts Foundation which is then distributed quarterly to not for profit organisations throughout the Hamilton City.
On March 12th 2019, Jay and Narn bought into the world Lochie Thomas Mutton. With the excitement of becoming a Grandma, Sally now has a drive to become the best Grandma ever. A long with working hard, there is also the importance of being able to spend time with family and friends as much as possible. Time, work balance sometimes in life can be extremely hard but as we all know it is so important.
With the many changes in Real Estate over the past years Sally has now adapted to new Real Estate regulations and is proud to be part of a more professional Real Estate Industry. Sally has huge support from Harcourts as they guide their sales team towards being the best sales team they can be.

"I met Sally at an open home. She was open and friendly, knew about the property she was selling. I was not happy with the agent I had listed with so I switched. Sally’s strength is her communication. Constantly informing me of anything going on. I didn’t have to wait 3 days to find out how the open home went. I knew within the hour. I would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking to buy or sell.''
