Sam Maan joined as a licensed salesperson in 2020 following a fast-paced business career largely within the transport industry. He works within the high-profile team where he focuses on homeowners and buyers in Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Manukau, Takanini and south to Drury - very much familiar territory for Sam who has always lived in the area. Arriving in New Zealand from India in 2010 Sam has a graduate Diploma in Business Management and speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi. His early career was with the family transportation business actively operating all across Auckland. No stranger to multitasking and project management, Sam has worked as an Auckland dispatch manager, contract manager and subsequently nationwide manager for a substantial fleet of taxi cab and rental vehicle companies. Entrepreneurial and ambitious, in 2017 Sam set up his own company operating a number of his own rental taxis and leasing an onboard Eftpos terminal service to drivers. Sam holds an ATO (Approved Taxi Organisation) licence – the youngest person in New Zealand to do so. With the determination to use his superb negotiating skills and wide network of contacts in the region, Sam sees real estate as a natural progression in his career. Upon completing his qualifications as a licensee salesperson, he joined Harcourts Titanium Manukau. Sam’s a team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and perfect all the many facets of real estate sales.
