About Sarah Adams

With more than seven years of experience marketing and selling property in the Waikato, equipped with a marketing and communications degree and oozing enthusiasm. Sarah is a powerhouse combination of real estate nous and an unstoppable work ethic.

Real estate is a common language amongst Kiwi’s, and owning our own slice of paradise is inevitably high on the list of things that bring us joy. The meaningful nature of my work, assisting in creating successful and substantial changes in clients lives, is what keeps me coming back.

I grew up on a dairy farm in the wider Waikato region, completed my tertiary study with a degree in Marketing and Public relations from the University of Waikato and currently live in Te Awamutu with my partner Peter, on a lifestyle block that we love…and with gardens that we are constantly trying to get under control!

Outside of selling houses, I enjoy spending time with my important people, travelling, running marathons (yes, you haven’t misread that) and at the lake, battling away on a wakeboard.

I also love to play tennis – a sport which has provided the thread that’s sewn large parts of my life together, from representing New Zealand, to a University scholarship in America, to extensive travel it’s been a vehicle for some of the most rewarding moments in my life. It’s also been a continual teacher – specialising in commitment, discipline and determination.

I believe we are in the business of people, before property, and it’s achieving successful result for the people I work with, that is ultimately satisfying. Whether it’s selling or buying your family home for years to come, first home or an investment property, each represents an opportunity and a challenge, and I can’t wait to get on board and provide you with solutions for your real estate requirements.
