About Sean Windle
Sean hails from the Deep South, growing up on a sheep farm and learning at an early age that it required hard work to earn his pocket money, and that hasn’t changed.
He believes honest and open communication are the key to any business transaction, with the ability to listen and ask the right questions.
After the farm, he then spent 20 years in Queenstown, 10 of which were in the hospitality industry, including managing bars and the day to day operation of businesses. Then 10 years in real estate, including residential, commercial and business sales, building a very strong network in both vocations.
Following a need for change, Sean then uprooted from Queenstown and moved to the sunny Kapiti Coast. He excelled in various sales, business development and key account roles for 5 years in the Wellington/Kapiti commercial business and hospitality scenes, before then reinserting himself into real estate with 3 years as a commercial sales and leasing agent in the Kapiti region. This has been invaluable, building lasting relationships and valuable contacts as Sean now joins Team Pashby at Ray White Kapiti in a Sales Consultant role.
