Simon grew up in the Manawatu and spent his formative adult years employed in the Dairy industry managing dairy farms in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, before returning to work for his family’s real estate business in Feilding. Since then, Simon has been involved in negotiating more than $60 million worth sales for lifestyle properties and developments throughout his 3-year career.
