Simon (Si) grew up in rural Shropshire in England, before spending 26 years in the UK Police. While serving in London, he met his Taranaki born wife, while on her overseas experience, and the rest is history. Having been in real estate since moving to New Zealand in 2012, he brings strong negotiation, communication, and planning skills from his previous career as well as his overriding principles of integrity and client focus. Supported by his wife Rowena who also holds a salespersons licence, and works as his executive assistant, he is well supported in the role benefiting both vendors and purchasers alike.
