About Sonia Tate
I love working in the community where I've lived for over 25 years. The Waiuku and Franklin areas offer the perfect country lifestyle for families to live, work and play, which was what enticed me here from urban Auckland. Over the last 35yrs, I have enjoyed a career varied in sales, marketing, event management, sponsorship, and public relations. Building strong relationships with my customers has been the foundation of my success in each of these fields. My commitment to providing my clients with the best and most up-to-date guidance is testament to my friendly nature. I have great attention to detail and a clear communication style. I always operate with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. My real estate skills have been enhanced by my expertise in both traditional and digital marketing. For the last 9 years whilst working in my own contract marketing business, I have undertaken several social media marketing roles in retail, horticulture, motorsport, and various charity arenas. The success in marketing my clients' properties using my expansive expertise is evident in the results of my impressive track record of sales over the last three years, as are the many testimonials from my vendors and buyers. I also hold a National Certificate in Business Management. This along with my diverse sales and marketing background has given me the expertise to educate and guide my clients through the purchase and sale process. No matter the issues, I can find innovative solutions. I am passionate about the role I play in forging new beginnings for my clients and customers alike, and love being a part of their new chapter in real estate. My family and I moved to Waiuku in the early nineties. My husband and I have always worked locally and our two adult children both attended local schools and clubs in Waiuku, as do my two granddaughters. I enjoy bike riding, camping at Awhitu Peninsula, dancing, various hand crafts and squash. I have played competitive squash for over 20 years and have held positions of Secretary, Administrator, Sponsorship Co-ordinator at both Waiuku & Franklin Clubs. I am currently an active member and club sponsor of the Waiuku Golf & Squash Club. I have been involved with the Waiuku Coastguard S & R unit, managing their social media as a volunteer. I am also a volunteer (lunch co-ordinator) at my granddaughters' school in Otaua. I am looking forward to working with ARIZTO, providing my clients with fresh ideals, smart real estate whilst adding to my mixed bag of expertise and experiences. So, whether you are a local or you would like to become one, please give me a call. I would love to be a part of your next chapter!
