He now lives in Shotover Country, Queenstown with his wife and two children who both attend local schools. The most collaborative experience I have ever had buying a home
Steve is a great communicator and struck the perfect balance between acting on behalf of the vendor but also assisting me as the buyer through the process. The property was purchased site unseen and the only reason I felt comfortable doing so is because of the trust fostered between Steve and I and the information/guidance I received. It also pays to be up front and honest as the buyer so you're not wasting anyone's time.
