Leonie has a Masters Degree in Behavioural Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Diploma in Business including Marketing. Before real estate, Leonie spent 8 years in the corporate environment of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as a Strategic Programme Manager. Leonie leads 'Marketing Strategy and Campaigns' for clients.
Steve Welsby (Bachelor of Commerce)
Steve has a Bachelors Degree covering human resources, economics and marketing. Steve’s career before real estate was as a Human Resources Executive, reporting to Chief Executives, and leading union contract negotiations and large organisational and people changes. Steve brings significant professional strength and experience in negotiations and working with people for change and in managing conflict positively. Steve leads the 'Negotiations' for clients.

As first time homebuyers, it was a scary experience, however, from the get go when we met Steve at the property, which we now call home, he was very open and experienced with his presentation of information to us about the property itself and the processes.
