During his 31 year real estate career Stuart Bode has been involved in the sale of nearly $1.3 billion worth of industrial, commercial and development property. Prior to his career in real estate he was a partner at one of Auckland’s Leading law firms where he practised for 13 years, focusing on commercial and industrial property.

Stuart has established a first-class network of clients over his many years in commercial real estate, A significant amount of his work is sourced from institutions, high-net-worth individuals, family trusts and major New Zealand companies.

In addition to his strong local client base Stuart maintains a close relationship with Asian investors and developers having successfully placed a number of assets with these groups.

During his real estate career Stuart has had a particular focus on selling ‘trophy’ properties in the prominent city fringe areas of Auckland including Ponsonby, Kingsland, Parnell, Remuera and Newmarket. 

Stuart has also had significant success in recent years selling large land holdings for residential development/ land banking purposes, with main emphasis in the rapidly developing areas of West Auckland and Hobsonville.
