I believe that a big part of being a successful agent is to keep the Vendor informed with how the marketing is progressing even if there is no interest in the property. Often Agents do not listen to what a Purchaser really wants and to me this is as important as feedback to the Vendor. I never want to waste my Purchasers time by showing them properties that are not what they are looking for. There is nothing more rewarding than delivering what you have promised and putting a deal together where both Vendor and Purchaser are happy with the outcome.
