With a previous background in business, teaching, sales and community services, Sunil believes the secret to his success in Real Estate is his enthusiasm and plain hard work.

In his first two years in Real Estate, Sunil achieved various awards - Top Seller, Top Lister, Best Advertisement writer, and Top Salesperson for First Quarter of 2007.  He has gone on to achieve the Premier Membership Award from Ray White NZ for the past two consecutive years, putting him in the top 10% of Ray White Sales Consultants throughout New Zealand.

Sunil is proud of his success helping people find a home or investment property, and much of his business now comes from referrals from people who have bought or sold with him already - testament to the quality of his customer service.

A family man, Sunil is married to Pawan, well recognised in the community from Radio Tarana, and together they have three children.  Real Estate Sales is a challenging career and at times it can become hard to keep balance in one's life.  Sunil attributes much of his success in all areas of his personal and business life to having clear goals and a clear personal business plan and then working to that plan.  Discipline and focus are two of his strong attributes.
