- Tara Corley
The Coromandel has always been a huge part of my life as my family has bought one of the first sections available at Whangapoua Beach (when beachfront sections were $1800!) Three generations of my family have holidayed and lived at the bach over the years and thoroughly enjoyed fishing, diving, surfing and the of course the stunning scenery. I missed the Coromandel beaches so much on my OE, my Dad posted me a scallop shell full of crystal white Whangapoua sand wrapped up in gladwrap!
My husband and twin boys moved here permanently in 2008 and when an opportunity came up to get involved with real estate in the area, I jumped at the chance. I love checking out other people's houses, styles and interiors - and convincing people that Coromandel is the best place to be, is certainly not hard for me!
I love working with people (I'm a bit of a chatterbox if truth be known) and helping people through their journey of buying or selling property is challenging but ultimately very satisfying. No two situations are the same and you meet such a diverse bunch of people with all manner of interesting lives. The best result for me is having people thrilled with property they have just bought and the sellers happy, satisfied and excited about moving onto the next part of their story.
My biggest priority is the people who have listed their property with me - I keep in good contact with them, give them a written report each week and make sure they are in touch with what is going on in the market. I am very tenacious and make sure I follow up every avenue of enquiry until it has come to its conclusion. I want my clients to know that I never forget who I am working for and I will be straight up with them at all times.
Feel free to talk to me about either buying or selling property here in the gorgeous Coromandel - I will always be doing the best job I can.
