We have purchased 2 properties through Tawny in the last few years, and most recently used Tawny to sell our property. Our experience, as both a purchaser and a vendor, is that Tawny is an incredibly professional, respectful and competent agent. We loved the fact that she was so responsive - as a buyer she was readily available on the phone, which gave us confidence that she would do the same for potential purchasers of our house. She gave us good advice during the sales process and read the market, and the potential interest in our property, well. We achieved a price beyond what we expected, as the result of multiple offers, but she demonstrated to respect to all bidders during the process. Tawny is what I would call a no-drama agent - she just gets on with it and does what needs to be done. Her communication skills are spot on - we were kept fully informed and updated on key events, but she didn't over communicate. Best of all, Tawny is realistic and straight up. -
We first met Tawny at an open home and instantly felt comfortable with her professionalism and passion for her job. We had not been seriously looking for a house however we both fell in love with this particular property which leads us to get an appraisal on ours so that we could purchase this beautiful home. Tawny was not in any way over-bearing and straight away we knew we wanted her to sell our house. She carried out the appraisal the following day (even though it was a public holiday) and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. We were stoked when our property sold in just 7 Days with a fantastic result!! That meant we were able to buy the house we adored so much for our extended family. Selling and/or buying a house is never an easy process however Tawny took all the stress out of it with her can-do attitude, knowledge and brilliant communication. We are absolutely stoked we had her as our agent as we had not come across one prior that we gelled with. -
It did not go unnoticed the extra mile Tawny put into open homes. Arriving early to either air or heat a home that was not being lived in and allowing the home to be presented in its best light. My Mum who had recently moved into an apartment was visited regularly with updates and strategy plans. The family also received either a text, call or an email with the information. This was well above our expectations of the process and we were very grateful. The house also sold for more than we had thought likely due to multiple offers. All-round very positive experience.
