About Terry King
Terry and his wife Diana started the Remuera Real Estate Register in 2011 and their share of Remuera sales has grown threefold.

So the starting point is selling properties by price. This immediately signals to purchasers whether a property is in their budget area. It means we have an agreed price with our clients at the beginning of the process. It means that our job is simply to find the ‘right buyer’ … and we only need one. One buyer, whose brief of needs matches the attributes of the home, and who has the budget to buy it.
Terry’s original career was advertising, and he built Mackay King to be the country’s biggest and most awarded agency of its time before selling it to Saatchi & Saatchi.

Terry and Diana's unique way of linking buyers and sellers to a suitable house, at an agreed price, is just so refreshing and creates a win-win for everyone involved, avoiding the games often associated with buying or selling real estate.
