Tracey Parrish
About Tracey Parrish

Tracey Parrish went to school in beautiful Kerikeri before moving down to Auckland to start a career.

Tracey worked for Universal Homes for a couple of years and purchased one of their houses at the age of 19. She then worked for an international company as a management accountant for seven years.

Because of her love for the land and horses, she purchased a five acre bare block in Albany and built a lovely house on it. Two ponies and four cows followed closely. She bought and sold a couple more properties in Auckland before moving down to Christchurch to a larger lifestyle property.

After spending 13 years in Christchurch buying, fixing up, building and selling lifestyle properties, Tracey moved back up to Northland in 2012 and purchased a 100 acre farm where she ran cattle, sheep and of course horses.

Tracey is an active member of the Northland Hunt Club and is involved with Maunu Pony Club and Northland Show Jumping. Her son, Jacob (who also rides competitively) goes to Tauraroa Area School and has played rugby for Mid Western and Mangakahia Rugby Clubs.

Tracey is an honest, upfront person with enthusiasm and integrity. She has come from a professional background as well as farming, and has knowledge and experience of the real estate industry.
