With 40 years experience in Property Management specializing in Tenancy Tribunal, mediation & the practicable application of the Residential Tenancies Act, it is my belief that I can assist in achieving the best possible outcome for you.

I started my career in Property Management July 1984, two years later New Zealand adopted the Residential Tenancies Act in 1986.

Since then I have grown in my career as the RTA has progress and developed. I have gleamed a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Property Management industry and have personally managed properties the length and breadth of Auckland.

The last few years I have specialised in Tenancy Tribunal and the practicable application of the RTA.

My focus is and has always been, to follow the zero arrears policy,  to educate both Tenants and Landlords as to their rights and obligations to adhere to the RTA, to ensure our portfolio is Healthy Home compliant and tos follow procedure  ensuring a favourable outcomes with all rents paid on time.
