For the last 15 years or so, Victoria has been deeply involved in residential construction. From subdividing and developing her own properties to co-owning a residential building franchise, she prioritises the need to align dreams, design and budget right from the start. Holding a Diploma in Property Valuation and Management, she is keenly aware of how to extract real value in building a new home. She also has an interest in Sustainable building and how to make your home more energy efficient with less impact on the environment. “Building a home is one of the most exciting things you can do.
