Since joining the industry in 2013 Violet has sold millions worth of country property throughout the Waikato, Waipa and King Country. 

Violets’s success is the result of a sincere interest in people and their properties and the ability to act on behalf of her clients, with a wealth of experience to consistently achieve excellent results whatever the market conditions. 

Violets own personal 20 year experience in Dairy Farming with her late husband means she is able to offer real world experience and understanding. With her upfront and honest manner combined with her no nonsense approach, she strives to achieve the best outcomes for all her vendors and her purchasers.

Violet and her late Husband Dairy farmed for over twenty years in the Fencourt Area of Cambridge Waipa. Their son attended the local Goodwood Primary School and Cambridge High School. Retiring from Dairy Farming Violet and her late husband then settled into life as townies and Violet’s late Husband held a variety of roles but his most loved and cherished was as a staff member Cambridge Stud which furthered his love and involvement in the Racing Industry.

Prior to finding her niche in country real estate Violet gained a Registered Nursing Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science which she is still actively licensed for the past 35 years.
