Wayne Muir has been a specialist in the Auckland property market for over 20 years and holds a Diploma in Urban Valuation from Auckland University and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Exams. Wayne has been involved in property sales exceeding at 400 million including in recent years a number of major Queen Street buildings and also land holdings in the City which have been built over with successful developments. Wayne was project manager for the sell-down of the first major commercial office strata title subdivision in the Auckland CBD, 17 Albert Street, which produced sales in access of $35 million and won a Marketing award.
