Wendy has a long history in sales and property. She has a sales career spanning 30 years and has been a property investor for around three decades.  Real estate runs in the family; her brother Warren is a well-respected and successful Bayleys agent. Now Wendy has joined the Bayleys team in the Remuera office. Working together to get results is Wendy’s mantra. Prior to real estate Wendy owned her own company for over 15 years so she is well versed in everything needed to deliver a successful outcome to her clients: sales, marketing, documentation, customer service and more. Wendy is known as patient, honest and professional through and through. Her innate love of people means Wendy thrives on the many personalities involved in real estate and she enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions to create win-wins all round.
