Wendy has lived in the Manawatu region for most of her life, and the last 20 years in Feilding. She was educated at Feilding Agricultural High School. 

Further education at Palmerston North UCOL, and life skills has given Wendy the tools needed to excel in customer service. 

Wendy worked as a customer liaison manager the two years prior to joining Ray White as Property Manager some eight years ago.

She endeavours to build an open door relationship with your tenant, by reasonable expectations, offering options, explaining consequences and applauding when your property benefits from from a tenant's care and attention during their occupancy.

Wendy has been managing investment properties for over nine years in the Manawatu area, with local knowledge, sales and customer service background, Wendy offers a personal commitment, honesty and a professional approach to both landlord and tenants.
