With a business degree and several years working in Import and Export for Top 500 companies in China and New Zealand, Yan Davies, decided to lend her hand to real estate. Working in mortgage broking and commercial and residential property management before settling on residential sales, Yan is a well-rounded talent who brings a host of supporting skills to her role.

Chinese born with a Kiwi husband, Yan believes she is well placed to work with multicultural clients being able to balance the working processes of East and West.
