David Reid Homes Dunedin covers an extensive area, purveying custom architectural home design and build solutions from Balclutha to Palmerston and west, to Middlemarch and Naseby.

The Dunedin franchise has been operating since 2003 and has successfully built over 100 architectural homes. Richard Copland and Nigel O’Leary took over the franchise in 2010, combining their skills to provide an ideal solution for the provision of architecturally designed, custom-built homes under the David Reid Homes brand.

Richard was born in North East England and came to NZ with his family in 2007. Richard specialises in project management and systems and has managed major home alterations and renovation work. His passion in the home building industry stems from the design and build of his own architecturally designed home which was built in Dunedin.

Nigel has 25 years of experience in the home building industry; he has worked on many projects ranging from the Hyatt Hotel in Auckland to several commercial projects in Queenstown and Cardrona. Nigel has a wide range of experience in project management ranging from smaller homes through to architecturally designed homes and commercial builds.

Richard and Nigel believe that open and transparent communication characterises how they deal with their clients.
