David Espin is proudly servicing the East Auckland region along with his team of highly experienced and local tradesman and suppliers.

I have had a long-time passion for helping people into homes, with my background originally being in banking and home lending. I have also extended my construction understanding and have been studying a Diploma in Construction Management while running a building subcontracting company for almost 2 years now. I come from a long line of people in construction, so safe to say that building runs in the blood, and I am an avid DIYer, novice gardener have had my hand in renovating a few houses too.

I have enjoyed living and working in the East Auckland region for the past 18 years, since first arriving from South Africa, and I have watched the area grow and evolve over that time. I am excited to see where it will be in the next 20 years as Auckland expands further into a Super City and am keen to be part of that process.

I have a very keen eye for detail and an obsession with quality, I have a good understanding of the house building process and will help navigate you through the journey into a home you’ll love to live in.
I believe in working closely with my customers to help them identify and achieve their home building goals and provide guidance, tips and tricks along the way. I strive to deliver projects on time and within budget. I aim to make the process as easy and seamless as possible, and to keep them informed and in control throughout the process.

We are registered Master Builder, and every home has a 10 year Master Builders Standard Guarantee.
