My name is Neil Simpson and I have been in the building industry for 38 years starting my apprenticeship in Wellington working on both residential and light commercial projects.

I worked hard to complete my apprenticeship and a secured the position of foreman within 2 years. In 1981 I started my own business building mainly on labour only residential housing contracts. My family and I moved to the winterless Far North in 1986. During this time I have been a contract builder to some of the large group home builders in the area and supplying the labour force to Oak Ridge Villas retirement village.

In 2013 with my families support we purchased the Navigation Homes Far North franchise. This enables me to work directly with clients, assisting them on section purchases, designing homes that meet their needs, working within their budgets and building a home you’ll love to live in.

I pride myself on excellent quality workmanship and attention to detail. I have an extensive knowledge of the building industry, have great relationships with key stakeholders and would welcome the opportunity to be involved in your proposed building project.
