Our process is simple :

Meet

Talk over your plans, goals and budget and we share our process with you.

Plan

Meet with the Nixon Homes team and our designer to develop your design/ideas. This may take a few meetings to come to a final house plan.

Quote

We then provide a fixed price quote based off the agreed plans and specifications you decide on, we can help and support you with these decisions as little or as much as you need.

Contract

Once you are happy with the plans, specifications and quote. We provide you with a Registered Master Builders Contract.

Consent and Construction

Now the real fun starts. In this phase you will see your designs come off the plans and become a reality.
