Brent and Roger bring a combined wealth of experience exceeding six decades, blending commercial acumen, financial expertise, and a passion for the building industry. Together, they lead a skilled team dedicated to delivering quality homes with a client-centric approach.

Brent has over 30 years of deep commercial business experience, including executive roles at Bakels Edible Oils (NZ) Ltd and Penske New Zealand. His strengths in executive management, commercial contracts, and team leadership is complemented by a strong commitment to community service. A resident of Mount Maunganui for 53 years now and is a Life Member of both the Mount Maunganui Lifeguard Service and Surf Life Saving New Zealand.

Roger has over 30 years of financial experience behind, with a background in executive roles at First Mortgage Trust, New Zealand’s largest non-bank property lender. His passion for the building industry is fueled by his hands-on experience with new build projects. A Tauranga resident for the past 13 years now.
