Signature Homes Waikato is co-owned and operated by Andrew Buttimore, Jamie Buttimore and Keir Bettley. The Buttimore brothers are both Licensed Building Practitioners, and Andrew and Jamie have 30 years combined industry experience as Project Managers and Builders.

Hamilton born and bred, Andrew, Jamie and Keir have strong ties to the local community and love the Waikato area. Outside of work, all three partners have a keen interest in sports and outdoor pursuits. The three partners have also spent a significant amount of time working overseas in the UK and Australia in various project management and construction roles. Andrew, Jamie and Keir have set themselves the goal of becoming not necessarily the biggest, but certainly the best home builders Waikato has to offer.
