Shane has over 16 years of experience in the building industry. He has worked on residential buildings in both Australia and New Zealand. Shane’s wide-ranging skillset includes both being on the tools and in the office. He enjoys building different architectural styled homes and calls himself a perfectionist.

“I like the challenge of building something more architecturally demanding than your standard family home,” he explains. “I know how I want the finished product to look and won’t stop working until I reach that result.”

Living in the Bay of Plenty for the past 3 years, Shane is well-familiar with the area and its people. He expects Papamoa to be a hot spot for new family homes this year.
