It's the week that rock legends rocked the property market. AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd sold his waterfront mansion in Tauranga and now singer Jordan Luck, of The Exponents fame, has sold his Auckland home.
Barfoot and Thompson sales agent Lucy Shelton confirmed to OneRoof.co.nz that Luck and his wife Rita had sold their three bedroom home on Great North Road in Pt Chev.
Sheton said the couple were sad to leave the home but were also looking forward to new beginnings.
The property, which sat on 1025sqm and had a CV of $1.9 million, was sold for an undisclosed price.

Luck previously told OneRoof that he had surprised a real estate agent when he and wife Rita Luck first looked at the property.
The pair had decided to buy the home in 1999 when they were getting married.
"We walked down this driveway and at the end of it I heard this burbling," Jordan said. "I ambled my way around the house and sure enough it was a stream and I'm going ‘Oh wow, we'll take it. Wow, there's a flippin' stream here in the middle of Auckland'.
"The agent looked at me strangely asking ‘But don't you want to see inside the house?'"
Rita added: "Then Jordan said, ‘No, we'll live out here, we'll camp out here."
Jordan said: "So many people we were acquainted with helped improve the property so a lot of love and friendship went into it."
The singer said the couple often called upon multi-talented former musician friends to help renovate the house. Builders who'd been drummers in bands such as Dead Flowers, Elemeno P and No Tag undertook or oversaw deck, kitchen, bathroom and studio creation projects.
Rita joked: "This is a sort of a house by drummers."
Jordan said he loved walking to nearby Western Springs Park, where The Exponents belted out anthems such as Victoria supporting David Bowie and The Rolling Stones in the '80s.
Noise from nearby Western Springs wasn't a problem, Rita said. "The only thing we heard when AC/DC were playing was the canon in one song. We're among the trees."
