It's a four-bedroom semi-detached family home with a big garden that's located in a popular British seaside town.
And the listing agent has put in a guide price of £45,000 ($86,000) because of "disgusting problem".
According to a report in the Mirror newspaper, the owner of the terrace house in Ilfracombe, Devon, was forced to abandon it after pigeons covered it in excrement.
Listing agency Webbers said: "The lady who lived here kept herself to herself and has now moved into rented accommodation.

"Due to the structural state of the building and the large amount of pigeon waste, which is a hazardous substance, we are not able to offer any viewings on this property."
Advertising for the property describes it as a "proper renovation project". Indeed, in addition to the bird poo, the Mirror says the house is missing windows, has no staircase to the first floor and suffers from several rotten floors.
Not surprisingly, the property has gone viral, and the virtual tour has been viewed thousands of times.
Webbers director Lee Hussell said: "So far thousands of people have seen the property online so I'm hopeful for a fair bit of interest when it comes to auction."
According to UK property site Zoopla, the average house price in Ilfracombe is £219,211.
