It's the Auckland home that retiree and widower Barry Milne said he would only sell to a first-home buyer.
Milne captured the nation's hearts in 2017 when he put his three-bed family home of 50 years on the market, and invited first home buyers to write to him with their offers and personal stories.

The couple have transformed and updated the house to modern tastes - but it still has warmth of Milne's original home
Barfoot & Thompson agent Ann Lepper says the couple renovated the weatherboard house with family in mind. They have opened up the kitchen, dining and living areas, removed the tired carpeting and changed the predominantly yellow colour scheme to a lighter and brighter white.
The are now moving on and selling up because their own family has grown.
The house has been given a total makeover with family in mind.
In the listing ad, Lepper says the house is "fully insulated with a logburner and heatpump".
"The open plan living/kitchen/dining area leads you through french doors out onto the deck. Children and pets can enjoy the securely fenced off back garden while you entertain without apprehension."
She adds: "If you are looking for the 'WOW' factor, you seriously don't want to miss out on the opportunity to secure this trendsetter home for yourselves."
The house is to be auctioned on June 27.
