Everyone’s talking about this “perfect family home” — for all the wrong reasons.
The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house, located in the Melbourne suburb of Coolaroo, has been on the market for several weeks.
But it has now become a viral sensation after several eagle-eyed Aussies noticed it’s unusual decor.
The exterior of the brick home is entirely unassuming — but inside, it’s a very different story.

The home features bold colour schemes, with various rooms decked out in deep red, purple, pink and lime green paint and furnishings.
“Geezus. It’s like a brothel and Barbie’s dream house went halves on a b******,” one Twitter user quipped, while another said: “Holy opulent living rooms Batman, that is a lot of red!”
“Holy s*** that’s magnificent. I’m so proud of my home country,” another commented, while another wrote: “This is hilarious. It’s like the inside of Jeanie’s bottle in I dream of Jeanie.”
And another said: “This is like if they found Silvio Berlusconi hiding out in a safe house in suburban Coolaroo.”
The home’s real estate listing makes no mention of the unique interior design, describing it only as “the perfect family home”, which is “a short walk to train station, schools, parklands and public transport”.
The home boasts “three large bedrooms”, three living areas and two outdoor balconies among other features.
It is being sold by First National Real Estate Meadow Heights and is expected to fetch A$450,000.
Agent Huseyin Kuset told news.com.au there had been “a few people interested” over the past couple of weeks, and the vendor was selling as they were relocating.
But he remained tight-lipped about whether the home’s distinctive decor would be a selling point — or a turn-off.
“Some like it and some don’t,” he said.
“It’s personal — some people really like the paint job and the furnishing, and some say it’s too much and it’s overdone.
“It depends on personal taste.”
