According to reports by Newsroom, the owner of the National Business Review is looking to sell his five-bed home in St Heliers. The listing for 10C Wynsfield Garden describes the property as a "family fantasy".

The property, which has a CV of $4.45 million, is for sale by tender, closing January 30. Council records show the home was purchased in 2012 for $2.95 million.

The property is set back from the road and offers 2409sq m in an exclusive Auckland suburb which has seen record prices this year.
