An Australian real estate agent whose scandalous raunchy property ad went viral is working on similar projects for 2020.
LJ Hooker Bankstown Director Sam Nader, who promoted Chamberlain Road in Sydney's west more than half a year ago, has changed the rules of real estate video marketing.

Part music video, part dirty dancing, the video features two dancers giving a highly suggestive tour of the house at 42 Chamberlain Road in Sydney’s west.
The video, which is still up on the production company’s channel, begins with the tattooed male protagonist arriving in a white Jaguar to the autotuned strains of Worth the Trouble by Cospe.
The ad paid off big time for the owners 42 Chamberlain Road - they secured A$1.72 million prior to auction from a 23-year-old first home-buyer after more than 1000 groups inspected their home.
“It changed the industry and more people are thinking outside of the box now. It doesn’t hurt to do it. A lot of people didn’t like it, but the result was good, so it’s all that matters,” Nader says.
Nader came up with the idea of the video, which had two the passionate dancers following each other around the property, sexually dancing on the kitchen bench and a woman being carried to the bedroom.
The video ends with the couple laying together on a bed in the house's master bedroom.
The video shared online was originally "a bit more raunchy" before it was toned down’, Nader told Daily Mail.
It was taken down from LJ Hooker Bankstown's digital channels and was followed by an apology, but not before it racked up 1 million views on YouTube and became a viral sensation.
“Saw the photos of the property and thought ''a porno has definitely been shot here'' but did not think I would be watching the porno,” one viewer said.
“What kind of person walks along their kitchen worktop with their shoes on?” another viewer says.
The new owner saw the property and the video talked about on the news and made an offer at the open house.
Nader says: “It will be interesting if the new owner is dancing on the bench top, I’m not too sure."
The talked-about Sydney agent has a few real estate video projects lined up for the New Year which he is excited about.
“I have a couple more people who want similar videos. I will probably change it up a bit, but I can’t say too much yet.”
