Those interested in purchasing a slice of Hobsonville Point’s prime real estate are advised to get in the starter blocks.
Referred to as the “Hudson Premium Collection” the two-storied builds are priced between $1.399 million and $1.439 million.
Classic Builders building consultant Roz Hughes says those looking at purchasing will need to make “informed but fairly quick decisions” as there are limited opportunities to purchase houses of this design in the coveted locality. Six of the seven properties went to market this month.
“I’m anticipating strong interest from families and anyone wanting a waterside location, without the maintenance hassles of an older-style house,” she says.

“It’s about premium living in a stunning spot known as one of Hobsonville Point’s most desired locations."
The architecturally designed, highly spec’d properties feature two design plans that both span just over 170 square metres. All boast beautiful roadside appeal, are three bedroomed with two bathrooms, include double garaging and open-plan main living with seamless indoor-outdoor flow. One plan features the main living at ground level with the upstairs dedicated to the bedrooms; the other has the main living (with wrap around decks) and the master bedroom upstairs.
Roz says those making these properties home will enjoy easy access to the waterfront (with its coastal walkway) and the community park around the corner. Right next door is an early childhood centre, housed in the area’s historic Mill House, which is sited in beautiful gardens.
Classic Builders regional manager Brad Small says this development is justifiably called the “premium collection”. It is the latest release in a bigger development that has been very popular, but little in the area compares to the high-end offering these six properties represent, he says.
The seventh property in the group will go to market at a later date.
