Highly experienced property expert Gerard Earl has returned to Colliers as the National Director of Corporate Solutions to bolster the organisation’s service level and capability, which is part of their overall strategy to accelerate the success of their clients.
Now encompassing a team of more than 50 experts, Colliers’ Corporate Solutions provides a broad range of occupier services that optimise Colliers’ client’s property operations, including lease and facilities management, property advisory, workplace management services, and occupier technology services to government and commercial clients such as Toitu Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand and BNZ.
In 2022, Colliers’ Corporate Solutions is evolving and undertaking some transformational change to remain at the forefront of property technology, transitioning to new platforms and operational processes to streamline their property, facilities, and financial functions.
Earl, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, worked for Colliers from 2015-2021 in Real Estate Management in Wellington before rejoining Colliers this year. He will be based in Colliers’ Wellington office.

Commenting on his return to the Colliers family, Earl notes that working within a business environment that encourages everyone to improve and succeed was one of his main reasons for coming back.
