“Milford Beach is so great for families and kids,” Chris says.
“We take our kids down there most weekends and fish off the rocks, explore rockpools, build sandcastles, walk our dog Nahla, and do a bit of boogie boarding when the waves are a bit bigger. The amazing coastal walkway between Milford and Takapuna is right there too. And all of it is just 170 metres away.”

“The local kids are always riding their scooters or playing ball sports at the end of the cul-de-sac. They can climb pohutukawa trees and swing on tyre swings. It takes us back to those times of old when life was simpler and kids could just be kids.”
Milford village is an easy walk away with its supermarkets, cafes and eclectic selection of boutique shopping. Because the area is so flat, it’s easy to get around by foot or pedal power.
