New Zealand media boss Todd Scott has sold his luxury Auckland home.

According to a report on news website newsroom.co.nz at the end of last year, the owner of the National Business Review put his five-bed home in St Heliers on the market for sale.

Records show the 2409sqm property at 10C Wynsfield Garden sold in January for $5.15 million - well above the $4.45 million CV. Council records show the home was purchased in 2012 for $2.95 million.

OneRoof understands that the home was bought by an expat family that had returned to New Zealand after a stint overseas.
