Leveraging Colliers’ global network of investors and lenders, they are able to tap into a diverse pool of debt and equity options, providing innovative solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.

Their expertise covers various funding forms, including acquisition, refinancing, repositioning, development, investment, and syndications, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and expert financial advice.

“I am excited to join Colliers and being able to align myself with a prominent global brand was a huge drawcard for me. Colliers has a strong Debt Advisory capability throughout the Asia Pacific area, which means I will have the ability to collaborate with knowledgeable experts from across the region,” Priest says.

“I believe the debt advisory space has significant room for growth across New Zealand and I look forward to being able to connect with our clients and assist them in partnering with lenders who will be able to help them achieve their goals.”

Gareth Fraser, CEO of Colliers New Zealand, says Priest’s mixture of corporate and institutional banking and property finance experience means he will be well placed to offer strategic advice for clients across a range of market cycles.

“With economic conditions and lending rates forecast to improve in the coming months as the Reserve Bank of New Zealand continues its interest rate cutting cycle, having someone of Andrew’s expertise will be hugely valuable for our business,” Fraser says.

“We are excited to have a market leader like Andrew join us at Colliers and we look forward to watching his career continue to flourish as he accelerates the success of our valued clients.”
