Although not common practice, it's not unusual these daysfor sellers to throw in something extra to attract buyers.

Recently in New Zealand, a vendor included a luxury sportscar in the property they were selling. It worked, and the property was snappedup quite quickly.

In Australia, one seller has taken this sales tactic tostrange new territory.

Ted Plevnik's five-bedroom home in Bees Creek, in theNorthern Territory, comes complete with a pig pen, two horse stables, a horsepaddock and a custom-built crocodile enclosure.

NT News reports that Plevnik is willing to include in thesale his animal collection, which includes two crocodiles - Gem and Boris.

Plevnik says he has developed a special relationship withhis crocodiles. “If buyers don’t want them (crocodiles), which is a highprobability, then they will have a place to go,” he said.

“They’re not going to turn into handbags.”

LJ Hooker sales agent Elva Pearce listed the property lastweek and at its first open, had more than six potential buyers come through.
