The farm grows maize successfully, with 10 hectares yielding 22.5 tonnes per hectare. The property is nearly fully effective, managing a stocking rate of 3.3 cows per hectare, suitable for 430 cows. The land features 50% flat contour and easy-to-manage gentle slopes. Dairy races and gateways are both 8 metres wide, facilitating efficient movement across the property.
