We are seeking experienced food & beverage and gym & wellness operators to provide excellent services for tenants and surrounding local community. Stage 1 of the development will include an onsite café, followed by a gym & wellness operator in Stage 2. All retail opportunities will be considered and there are spaces that would suit health providers such as medical and dental practices.
The first available tenancy in Stage 1 would suit a café or food & beverage operator:
- Located at the gateway to the campus with excellent street profile.
- Flexible tenancy size, currently plan shows 123sqm.
- Kitchen and extract possible.
- Café seating available on terraces next to the tenancy that get excellent morning and afternoon sun.
- Blue chip State Owned Enterprise already signed up as anchor tenant for Stage 1.
Stage 2 tenancies will be flexible in size and use. We are seeking expressions of interest from gym & wellness operators for these spaces.
The development will be staged with preliminary works already underway and onsite work starting in October 2021; the first tenants are set to occupy the campus in December 2022.
