Expanding his skills whilst working at international companies throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Hawke’s Bay, Vaughan gained an elevated level of customer service, excellent relationship building skills, experience in lead generation, marketing and management. Both his professional qualifications and personal qualities lend to high-end sales, service and lead generation, aimed at increasing value and ensuring results are achieved beyond expectations. Born and raised in the sunny Hawke’s Bay, Vaughan knows the area well and has seen the extensive growth which has taken place over the years. Returning to the region seven years ago, he enjoys the relaxed, boutique lifestyle on offer, alongside being close to his family. Now living in Maraekakaho on the beautiful lifestyle property, Orchiston, Vaughan and his partner run cattle and horses to help maintain the bespoke country-vintage touch of the venue which hosts weddings and other events.
